Parker51 Blog
This blog is all about books. It is a literary blog. There are reviews on books; customers are encouraged to give an opinion on books they have read. They are also encouraged to give opinions on films they have seen. This blog also has comments from authors about their books.

Leichhardt 5000
This blog is a local history blog. It is about 5000 local men from Leichhardt who went to war during WW1.

ShelvesIt Blog
This is a children’s blog. It announces events that are being held in the Library, recommends children’s literature and has children’s jokes and funny videos.

Leichhardt Notes Blog
This blog informs its’ users of any local events or activities. It basically is a local news blog.

PINTEREST
Leichhardt Library uses Pinterest provides information on events, books, recipes, craft ideas, exhibitions and etc.

TWITTER
The Library uses Twitter to announce events, exhibitions and new books. It is a quick way to connect and inform its’ users of the activities that the Library is holding.

FACEBOOK
Is used to announce events, post exhibitions and some trivia.

TASK 10: Commenting on another blog

Hi. My name is Peter Piannikov. I am a student at Ultimo TAFE and I am currently studying Certificate IV in Library and Information Studies. I too do not use social media that much, but after I complete this course, I hope to get back on to using it. In the meantime, I am working towards to becoming a library assistant.
