Social media is what’s used to communicate via a virtual online communication tool or social website that involves the individual’s input and sharing content through collaborating and interacting with other users online. Social Media has become an integral part of today’s society. It is used by individuals, organisations and communities. Businesses use it to market their products and services, promote brands, connect to customers and create new businesses.
